Help! Why is content stopping in the middle of playing?

This issue often happens due to a brief interruption in your internet connection. Please try quitting and restarting the app while making sure you have a strong internet connection, as this may resolve the issue.

Lock Screen Stops Meditation on Apple Devices
Does your meditation stop or pause after the screen goes dark and locks?

This is an issue with one of Apple's native apps, like Music or Podcasts, trying to access audio in the background and it's controlled on the iPhone itself.

The solution is to force quit all the open apps on your phone.

On an iPhone X or later or an iPad with iOS 12+, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps

Swipe up on each app's preview to close the app.

Doing this once usually fixes the issue permanently but if it happens again, please try repeating these steps.

If you're experiencing interruptions while listening to a session, this may have to do with the battery usage settings you have set for gabby coaching app. Please go to: Settings -> Apps, find gabby coaching, and click on 'Optimize battery usage'. From here you'll want to make sure gabby coaching app is not set to 'optimize'.
